Femento is research based product in the newly emerging synbiotic range of feed additives. Synbiotics are actually a synergistic combination of probiotics and prebiotics. Femento manufactured by cultivating probiotic yeast and bacillus strains by solid state fermentation technique.
All the nutrilites secreted during the fermentation process are retained in the final product matrix which include enzymes, B group vitamins, peptides, organic acids and esters. In addition to these yeast cell wall oligosaccharides are blended in Femento to make it an ideal symbiotic feed supplement.
