A clean pond free of any pollutants is extremely necessary for the growth of healty shrimp and scampi.
However during the growth period, the organic load, generated due to the unutilized feed, fecal matter, etc settles at the bottom of the pond.
This organic load which is rich in proteins & carbohydrated generates toxic gases like ammonia etc increasing the pollution at the bottom of the pond, impairing the growth of shrimp and scampi.
Polypro which contains beneficial microorganisms continuously biodegrades the organic load at the pond bottom, thereby reducing the pollution .
Polypro continuously releases nutrients into the pond environment. The constant availability of nutrients helps in stabilizing the algal bloom till the end of the culture periods.
Polypro also inhibits sludge formation at the pond bottom.
