ADVANCED GENERATION TOXIN BINDER
Mycotoxins are formed in feed and raw materials during production and storage. Molds naturally contaminate feed ingredients like maize, groundnut (peanut), jowar (sorghum) and bajara (pearl millet) etc. at crop stage in field as well as during storage. Mycotoxins are produced by these molds as secondary metabolities and get accumulated in feeding grains. These mycotoxins include Aflatoxins, Ochratoxins, Zearalenones, Citrinin, T2etc.
Mycotoxins either singly at high levels or in combination at lower levels in poulyry feed enter the digestive system of the bird and get absorbed through the intestinal wall and subsequently damage the liver and the kidney accompanied by severe immunosuppression. Preventing formation of toxins in feed is practically impossible so the only solution to prevent toxicity is to prevent toxins from being absorbed in the bird's body.
This prevention is achieved by selectively binding the toxin molecule on an intert carrier.
Toxicurb is a broad spectrum mycotoxin binder containing select grade of zeolities with food grade organic acids. These slect grade of zeolites offer wider and stable mycotoxin binding without binding nutrients, vitamins and minerals. When feed gets mixed with saliva, zeolite particles in Toxicurb start efficient binding of toxin molecules and as the feed enters gizzard, the binding gets completed.
Organic acids which are present alongwith zeolites in Toxicurb help in maintaining acidic medium throughout the gut ensuring firm integrity of the Zeolite-Toxin complex.
